Managing Sessions and Speakers for Higher Delegate and Association ROI

Speaker: Dr Elling Hamso, Managing Partner, Event ROI Institute

How do meetings create value for participants and other stakeholders? How can you maximise and prove the ROI? The results from a speaker-led session is more dependent on the organsier than the speaker on stage.

Major improvements to session outcomes are not so difficult if you understand some basic principles of learning and behavioural changes. You need to create the emotional and physical environment and guide your speakers to let them sine on stage.

This session will show you how to:
- Set appropriate session objectives and measure the results
- Design effective session formats
- Guide speakers to deliver more value
